This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how MICO WORLD LIMITED (“we”, “us”or “our”) collect, use, and share the information you (“user”, “you” or “your”)provide when you use our applications, websites, and all relating to services and products (“Services”).We consider the protection of information to be one of the most important management issues. We will act in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in countries and regions where we are conducting business (such laws and regulations are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Applicable Laws”), and will make efforts to properly protect your information based on this Policy.
This Policy applies to any and all of Services and describes why and how we collect, store, and use your information, and the choices and rights you have about the information you provide or that we collect in connection with our Services. By accessing our websites or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms. In case you do not agree to any of the terms, some functions in our Services may not be able to run normally, which may prevent you from using them.
We may periodically modify, adjust, or revise the terms of this Policy. You acknowledge and agree to check the updated terms regularly. If significant changes are made that may affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
This Policy is written in English. If any translated version of this Policy conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
We may collect the following information about you:
Account information. You need to create an account to use our Services. You can provide your phone number and verification code. Also, you need to provide your nickname and avatar, to distinguish you from other users.
Profile information. You can freely choose whether to provide information such as your age, gender, date of birth, place of birth, and current location to complete your profile. However, when you want to participate in divination activities, you may need to provide the above information, and you may also need to provide additional personal information based on different divination hints in order to make the results more accurate.
You may also provide your sensitive information, such as your physical health and/or mental health, sexual orientation, etc. Please note that if you do not want to disclose this information, please don’t provide that.
User upload content. You can decide whether to upload pictures, photos, and/or provide other information to complete your divination needs. Specifically, you may upload a photo of your palm, which may include information such as your palm prints, which, depending on the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, could be classified as biometric data. The classification of such data will be determined in accordance with the applicable laws in your region. By providing such information, you consent to us processing this data for the purpose of divination services. To use this feature, you may need to authorize us to access your device’s camera or image gallery.
Communicate information. When you have any questions that need to be communicated with us or need our help, we will collect the feedback information you provide and any additional contact information you offer.
Bugs, errors, and other information about crashes and diagnosis thereof. We use such information to conduct identity verification for security purposes, to identify and address bugs, and to evaluate and improve the functionality of our Services;
User activity information. We may collect your usage behavior, click records, collection records and other activity information;
Cookies. We may use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze how you use the Services, enhance your experience using the Services and improve the Services;
Device information. In order to provide you with services, when you use our Services, we may collect your device brand, device model, device screen resolution, operating system version, operating system language, device MAC address, device serial number, unique device identification code (Android includes IMSI, IMEI, Android ID, etc.;
Network information. We will collect your IP address network type and service log information;
Location information. We will infer your approximate country or region based on your SIM card or IP address. This is not precise positioning information, nor is it sensitive personal information. We will not collect your precise location information;
Mobile advertising identifiers. Mobile advertising identifiers. To provide you with better services, we may collect mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) made available by mobile operating systems. These identifiers are used by us and advertising providers to analyze app performance and deliver ads that may align more closely with your interests.
We may receive the information described in this Policy from other sources, such as:
Advertisers, measurement partners, and other third-party partners. We may receive attribution data and other relevant information from advertisers, measurement partners, and other third-party providers, such as payment processors and analytics services. Please note that this Policy does not govern the practices of these third parties, which are subject to their respective privacy policies.
Third-party social media account information. If you choose to sign up using a third-party social network (such as Facebook or Google), we will collect certain information from these services to facilitate account creation and enhance your experience. This includes your nickname as it appears on your social media profile, your user ID, profile image, and date of birth (if available). The specific information shared depends on the privacy settings and policies of these social networks. Please review their respective privacy policies (Facebook, Google) for details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
In order to provide the Services, perform the Piko Terms and Conditions , and/or any other agreements between you and us, and/or perform the legal liabilities under the Applicable Laws, we collect and process your information to:
create and manage your account, ensuring the normal operation of our Services;
analyze and manage our systems for administration, user support, security, and archival or backup purposes;
provide and improve our Services;
improve and develop our Services, conduct product development, and enhance your overall user experience;
ensure security, diagnose or resolve technical issues, and detect, prevent, or respond to fraud and unlawful activities;
fix bugs and correct errors;
deliver personalized content and recommendations to enhance your user experience;
retain information for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter it during future visits;
send notifications or announcements related to our Services;
respond to your queries or requests, including deleting your personal information or account;
protect your vital interests or those of other users;
protect the integrity, safety, and security of our services, comply with legal obligations or requests, and enforce compliance with the Piko Terms and Conditions or other restrictions placed on your use of our services; and/or
Under any circumstance where our collection or processing of your information is based on your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time with no impact on the validity and lawfulness of collection or processing based on the consent made before its withdrawal.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell any personal information. We will not provide, disclose or share your information to or with third parties unless we have obtained your consent or such provision, disclosure or sharing of your information is permitted under Applicable Laws. However, we may provide your information to the following third parties:
Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform functions on our behalf to support and facilitate our Services, including but not limited to data processing, analytics, and technical infrastructure support;
Cloud Service Providers. Your information may be stored and processed using third-party cloud services for operational purposes, such as securely storing your input and enabling system functionality;
Payment Service Providers. We may share information about your activity with third-party payment service providers. These providers assist us in facilitating payments and ensuring secure transactions;
Advertising and Measurement Partners. We may share your information with advertisers, advertising networks, and measurement partners for purposes such as serving interest-based advertisements, improving advertising services, conducting ad measurement, and providing related services;
Legal and Regulatory Obligations. In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose or share your personal data with law enforcement agencies, courts, other government authorities (whether in your jurisdiction or abroad) or other third parties. This may occur where we or any of our affiliates believe it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party;

We may share your information with our Affiliates, including our parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies under our control or under common control with us. In the event of a merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or any other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, including as part of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, your personal information may be transferred to the relevant buyer or successor as part of the transaction, in accordance with applicable laws. We will ensure that any such Affiliates or Successors are bound by this Policy or equivalent privacy standards.
Partners Supporting Service Features. To enhance the functionality of the Services, we may work with trusted third-party partners that provide specialized tools or features enabling our Services to better meet user expectations.
Mandatory Disclosures for Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other organizations if required by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
To comply with legal obligations, procedures, or requirements;
To enforce our Piko Terms and Conditions and other agreements or standards, including investigating potential violations;
To detect, prevent, or address security, fraud, or technical issues;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, third parties, or the public as required or permitted by law. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for purposes such as fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
4. CONTROL OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will keep your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless deleted in accordance with your request or as otherwise required by Applicable Laws. You acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed on our servers which may not be located in your country/region of residence. Regardless of the server location, we are committed to implementing appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of your rights in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
In case you request to remove or delete your information, we will retain your information as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or enforce the agreements between you and us. Please note that the removal or deletion of any of your information may result in the termination of some of our applicable services.
We will only store your information as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information is collected and processed or where the Applicable Laws provide for longer storage and retention period. Upon expiration of such period, your information will be deleted or anonymized, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
5. THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We have endeavored to take reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of you and other users. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and will amend them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will use reasonable measures to protect your information, for example, by encryption, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted via the Services; any transmission is at your own risk.
Please be aware that service providers with links to and/or from our Services may collect information about you and this Policy does not apply to, and cannot control the activities of, those other service providers. We highly recommend that you read the privacy policy of such service providers.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You have data subject rights according to applicable laws, including the right to access, delete, rectify your data, object how we use or share your data, and/or restrict how we use or share your data. You can always withdraw your consent. You can exercise your above rights within our App or by contacting us directly.
You can request to delete your account through the in-app deletion option by navigating to Me > Settings > About Piko > Delete the Account. Once the deletion request is submitted, your account will appear to be deleted immediately, and you will no longer be able to access it. However, you have a 7-day grace period during which you can contact us to restore your account. After this 7-day period, all data related to your account, including account content, subscription-related benefits, and other associated benefits, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
You can contact with us through the Me > Help Center > Online Service in our App. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame.
7. AGE LIMITS AND CHILDREN PROTECTION
We do not provide services to children under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as defined by local law). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we recognize that we have a special obligation to protect children in regards to the collection and processing of information, and we do not and will not knowingly collect information from children without consent from their parents or legal guardians. We strongly urge parents and guardians to instruct their children never to disclose any of their information when using our services without the prior permission of their parents or legal guardians. If we learn that we have collected a child’s information, we will delete such information as quickly as possible. Also, if you are a parent or guardian of a child and require help from us to delete the related information, please contact us via contact@pikochat.com.
As a parent or legal guardian, we kindly remind you of the importance of supervising and guiding your child’s use of our services. In the event that a minor provides inaccurate information and misrepresents their age, any resulting consequences would fall under your responsibility as their parent or guardian. We encourage parents and guardians to engage with their children about the importance of online safety and to provide gentle oversight to help ensure their activities align with our policies and applicable laws.
We are dedicated to fostering a safe and secure environment, particularly for children. To uphold this commitment, we adhere to applicable laws and regulations and have implemented measures designed to mitigate risks and promote safety:
We do not permit any advertisements for dating or companionship services that:
Promote underage dating.
Feature imagery or text on landing pages that misrepresent the users to whom the service markets itself.
Promote compensated companionship, dating, or sexual acts.
Promote exploitative or deceptive dating services.
Promote mail-order spouses.
Certain categories of dating and companionship services are subject to restrictions on our platform, including but not limited to:
Hook-up, fling, or swinger dating sites.
Affair dating or infidelity services.
Sexual fetish dating.
Livestream or chat apps featuring nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive content.
Advertisements or landing pages with racy content, such as individuals wearing underwear or lingerie, or depictions of topless or bottomless individuals in private settings.
We strictly prohibit any activities on our platform that may endanger children, including but not limited to:
Inappropriate interactions targeted at children (e.g., groping or caressing).
Child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or exchange of sexual imagery).
Sexualization of minors (e.g., imagery that promotes or encourages the sexual exploitation of children).
Sextortion (e.g., blackmailing a child using intimate imagery).
Child trafficking (e.g., advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
While we have implemented robust policies to minimize risks, we acknowledge that safety is a shared responsibility. If you suspect any activity that may place a child at risk, we strongly encourage you to report it to us at contact@pikochat.com. Your report will assist us in taking appropriate action and working with relevant authorities where necessary.
By enforcing these guidelines, we aim to create a platform that prioritizes safety and well-being, while encouraging responsible and lawful use of our Services.
8. CHANGES
We may change this Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent or as permitted by applicable laws. When we update the Policy, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date at the top of the policy and posting the new Privacy Policy. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, please don’t access or use our Services.
